Welcome to the Cycling City York website; your guide to everything cycling-related in York. Whether you're completely new to cycling, or someone who's been cycling for years, you're sure to find plenty of useful advice and ideas.

A national drive to promote cycling this summer is now up and running. The SUMMER OF CYCLING campaign aims to get more people cycling for the first time by encouraging fellow cyclists to persuade friends, family and colleagues to get in the saddle. Check out their new website at Summer of Cycling.

MAKE THIS YEAR THE YEAR YOU START TO CYCLE REGULARLY - A good cycle ride in the fresh air might be just the thing you need to kickstart a year of healthy living for 2012.
