Why not book a personal trainer and brush up on your urban cycling skills?
We can offer you a personalised, one-to-one cycle training session from as little as £18 for 60 minutes, or £23 for 90 minutes.
Whether you’re a commuter wanting to learn urban cycling skills or someone who hasn’t cycled for many years, we tailor our courses to suit you and your lifestyle. One session could be all you need to get back on the road again.
Our cycle training is:
- Suitable for all abilities, from beginners through to advanced
- Suitable for all ages from children to adults
- Suitable for individuals, parent/carer and child, family groups or workplaces
Personal cycle training revolves around you:
- We come to you at a time to suit, at home or at work, including evenings and weekends
- All courses are tailored to suit your individual needs and routes used
- Same sex instructors available
The practical training is delivered to nationally recognised Bikeability standards.
To book a session, download a form from this page, complete it and return it with payment to the Road Safety Training Coordinator, Sustainable Transport Service,
City of York Council, 9 St Leonard's Place, York YO1 7ET.
