Refreshing your page
Make sure you see the most up to date information
You may need to refresh the webpage you are viewing on our website to make sure you are seeing the most recent changes to it.
This is particularly important if you are looking at a page that will update very often, for example the homepage.
How do I refresh my page?
Different browsers (eg Internet Explorer, Firefox) work differently but if you press the 'Ctrl' key and the 'F5' key on your keyboard at the same time your page will refresh.
This works for all browsers.
Why do I need to refresh?
Your browser takes a copy of all the webpages you visit. It does this to be helpful.
When you see a webpage it has come from a web server over the internet to your PC. To save website loading times your browser takes a copy of each page and reuses this when you return to the same page within a set time.
