Cycling holidays are proving increasingly popular these days. Scoot holidays and Cycle Yorkshire offer local guided cycling tours allowing you to explore the delights of Yorkshire on two wheels. Cycle Yorkshire offer short tours in and around York and Scoot holidays provide guided tours around Yorkshire including the challenge of the Way of the Roses (Coast to Coast from Morecambe to Bridlington).

For self-organised cycling holidays, you can find details of cycle shops and bike hire facilities on our York Cycle Route map (below) or see Cycle hire . York-based Scoot holidays and York Cycle Hire & Cycle Tours (below) also hire bikes for those wishing to explore the delights of Yorkshire by themselves. Delivery of bikes to your accommodation can sometimes be arranged.
